February 16, 2005

I was astonished at the earthquake in the early morning.
Fortunately, nothing fell down on us.
I immediately got up and put on the TV.
An announcer of NHK reported the earthquake.
I supposed NHK is really reliable whenever we are in some disasters.
He told us to keep calm.
He added new information about the earthquake.
The hypocenter was located in Ibaraki where is near my home.
The seismic intensity here was reported as four.
After I confirmed the safety, I fell asleep again.
When I opened my eyes, the second surprise was there.
Snow was falling.
I had nothing to do but give a sigh.
